Neurodivergent Life Coaching
I support my clients with self-diagnosis and formal diagnoses processes, coming to understand their neurodivergence, unmasking instead of being made to fit in, seeking accommodations at home, school, and work, and getting past internalized and other forms of ableism and sanism. I help clients identify if they are in neurodivergent burnout and lead them to burnout recovery, which includes obtaining seven different types of rest, boundary work, stopping to people-please, and friendship, dating and relationship support.
Other support includes body doubling, house decluttering and organizing, help with daily tasks, co-parenting support for neurodivergent parents or parents of neurodivergent kids, crisis management, and mental health support. While I am not a therapist or a medical professional, I help you put into practice what your doctors and therapists want you to work on.
When it comes to working with parents, I help understand their kids’ neurodivergence and realize they may be neurodivergent too! If you are a burnt out mom, I’m going to prioritize you and remind you of your voice, power so that you no longer shrink yourself or keep quiet about your frustrations. Moms deserve to heal and wake up every day and not feel trapped. Eventually, my clients are less critical of their minds and bodies and break generational cycles where their whole family benefits.
Finally, I am affiliated with Neurokindred, an Australian organization for autistic adults. Please join me second Thursday of every month for our F*ck the Patriarchy series, where we talk all things autism and feminism for autistic women and non-binary people.
